Student Growth Portfolios

This hands-on workshop supports educators in designing, collecting, and scoring student portfolios aligned to district goals and TEA�s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA). Participants will learn how to create clear, measurable rubrics, curate meaningful artifacts, and maintain scoring fidelity through calibration protocols. The session includes case studies, planning tools, and scoring simulations to deepen understanding of how portfolios demonstrate growth in content areas not measured by standardized tests, empowering teachers to elevate student voice and performance.
